Bachelor of Law (Hanoi Law University); Master of Economic Law (Hanoi Law University); Doctor of Economic Law (Hanoi Law University).

Experience

• Having experience in consultancy on international trade; Consulting and participating in negotiation Contracts/Transaction in the field of Commercial, Tax, Finance, Banking,…; Dispute resolution arising out of Contract;

• Having experience in consultancy on projects funded by the State budget;

• Having experience in working with competent authorities, huge corporation and State Companies;

• Having experience in resolving disputes both domestically and internationally;

• Having extensive relationships and experience in working with competent state agencies.

Having over 13 years of consulting experience in the field of building and implementing projects, corporate governance, investment, M&A, tax and contracts; representing many multinational corporations in conducting procedures for investment projects in Vietnam; having served key positions in domestic and foreign enterprises such as Head of Legal Division of Vinaroyal Corporation, CEO of Vietnam Urban Development and Investment JSC., – a member of King – Lion Corporation (Russia), Manager of Aid-coop project (Organisation for Research and Technology Transfer of Gret – France); Member of Jurist Association on Urban Planning, Construction and Real Estate, Aquitaine region (France); having proficiency of English, French and Vietnamese languages.

• Có kinh nghiệm tư vấn trong lĩnh vực đầu tư, kinh doanh bất động sản; Tư vấn và tham gia đàm phán các Hợp đồng/Giao dịch trong lĩnh vực thương mại, thuế, tài chính, ngân hàng, hợp đồng mua bán các sản phẩm bất động sản; 

• Có kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng hệ thống các văn bản định chế của doanh nghiệp;

• Có sự am hiểu sâu sắc về cơ cấu bộ máy quản trị, điều hành nội bộ, nghiệp vụ kinh doanh và có nhiều đóng góp tích cực cho sự hoàn thiện của nhiều doanh nghiệp;

• Có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm làm việc cho các Công ty đại chúng, Tập đoàn kinh tế lớn.

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
