The judicial reform is a big policy particularly valued by the Party and State and often interested in leadership and direction. Following to Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW, on June 2, 2005, Ministry of Politics promulgated Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW on judicial reform strategy by 2020. This shows determination of the Party and State with the task of judicial reform. In the last time, the Judiciary's position has been confirmed and enhanced in the process of implementation of the Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW and 48-NQ/TW as well on the strategy of building and improving Vietnam’s legal systems by 2010 and orientation until 2020, in conformity with the requirements of building law-governed socialist state of Vietnam in terms of international integration.
