SMiC Law Firm held the 8th Anniversary of foundation of the Company

At 19h00 on August 19, 2009, SMiC Law Firm solemnly held the 8th anniversary of foundation of the company (2001 – 2009) and received Gold Cup “Typical enterprise of Vietnam” of the year 2009 at Daewoo Hanoi Hotel.

Attending at the anniversary were Deputy Chairman of National Assembly Uong Chu Luu, Permanent Justice Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien, Construction Deputy Minister Nguyen Tran Nam and central and local leaders, the company’s major partners as well as the relatives and close friends of the company and personally Mr. Quyet.

The SMiC Law Firm, formerly the SMiC Lawyer Office, which was established from 2001 until now it has incessantly developed in strength and has become a great brand name in legal consulting area in Vietnam. The ultimate goals of SMIC are to create positive changes in management and investment activities; to support enterprises in raising production, trading effectiveness and developing competitive position in the business world; to supply perfect, professional services with intelligent, creative, effective and practical solutions for clients. With such goals, SMIC has a wide network of clients that have been regularly using professional consulting services of SMIC provider.

Today, all gathered here to witness the SMiC’s firm development after 8-year foundation with the ever-effort of the SMiC’s BOD and all the staffs. The anniversary is also a sincere thank-you of SMiC to the co-operation and highly valuable assistance of the close clients, partners as well as traveling companions with SMiC on the way to the success of the past 8 years.

The past 8 years is a developing stage of SMiC. The mark of success has been acknowledged by such noble awards as Certificate of Merit from Hanoi People’s Committee, Campaign medal “Justice defense", Golden Cup “Cultural entrepreneur 2009". And recently, SMiC is the only law firm among 157 enterprises which is given Golden cup “Typical enterprise of Vietnam" and Golden cup “Excellent leader 2009” by inter-ministries.

The anniversary closed successfully with the melody of the SMiC’s traditional song “Knocking the dawn”.
