2001

SMiC Consultancy Co., Ltd. was established.

2003

SMiC Lawyer Office was established inheriting the achievements of SMiC Consultancy Co., Ltd., a prelude to the shift of SMiC’s activities toward providing full and professional legal services. 

2008

SMiC Lawyer Office was transformed to be SMiC Law Limited Liability Company. Also in 2008, SMiC opened its Branch in Ho Chi Minh City, marking a strong development of SMiC.

2009

SMiC was honoured to receive many noble titles recognising SMiC’s achievements in and contributions to law practicing in particular and to business communities in general.

2010

Opening the Representative Office in Singapore aiming to expand the scope of activities to meet the needs of clients in the region.

2011

SMiC was honored to be the only law firm in Vietnam that have ever received the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit recognising its outstanding achievements.

2012

SMiC was proud, for the second time, to be honored as one of ten “Law Firms of the Year” and one of five “Lawyers of the Year”.

2017

Changed the Representative at Law to Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen, General Director.
