Our Clients

Consultancy

As to project consultancy, SMiC consulted tens of real estate projects with capital investment scale of thousands of billion dongs, among them, there are projects of Exchange City CT2 and Le Trong Tan – Geleximco Urban Zone (GELEXIMCO is an investor); construction project of Office – high grade Apartment FLC Landmark Tower (Ninh Bac Finance Investment Joint Stock Company is an investor). In addition, SMiC consults procedures of transfer, business cooperation, capital mobilization for project performance for other enterprises such as Hanoi Investment General Corporation (HANIC) and Megastar Land Joint Stock Company (Megastar Land).

Regarding to dispute settlement, SMiC successfully protects legal rights and benefits of many enterprises in disputes of contract, labor, land such as dispute of supervisory consulting contract of Delta Construction Management and Consultancy Company; and dispute of construction business cooperation contract of IMTECH Company (Institute of Mechanics).
